Many years have passed since I read all of the old school Hardy Boys books as a child I read this new style Hardy Boys Secret Files book while scouting a possible new series for my 8 year old son The story mystery is not very complex but I think he will enjoy them and read the series uickly as minutes toward his summer reading program and then he will likely tackle advance Hardy Boy books
